7.11.4. UNIVERSITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following are sections of the Terms and Conditions of Orders:

• Section I: Incorporated into all Purchase Orders - applies to all purchase orders
• Section II: Government Subcontract Provisions - applies to purchase orders funded by federal contracts
• Section III: Federal Grant Provisions - applies to purchase orders funded by federal grants
• Section IV: Photography Provisions

Bidders responding to an Invitation to Bid (ITB) must agree to the elements listed in Terms and Conditions of Bid. Other types of solicitations have a section on terms and conditions included as part of the solicitation package.
