The inventory scanning app, UT-Track, is now available to all departments to download.

The University’s Contract Payment Tracker (CPT) is anticipated for release on Wednesday, April 12.

The 1042-S, a tax form for nonresident employees who earned wages that were exempt from federal withholding taxes due to a tax treaty, will be mailed and available electronically through the My Tax Forms page of UT Direct starting March 1. 1042-S Forms will also be issued for any nonresident individuals that were paid scholarships, fellowships, royalties, and/or cash prizes during the tax year.

The university’s financial threshold for registration bars has been increased to $1,000 effective immediately and applicable for the upcoming registration period beginning April 3. This means that undergraduate and graduate students will no longer be prohibited from registering for future terms unless they owe more than $1,000 or have any other non-financial registration bars. Previously, students were unable to register if they owed any money at all.

UT System has granted the university’s travel providers, Anthony Travel & Collegiate Travel Planners (formerly Corporate Travel Partners), a one-year extension through Sept. 30, 2023, pending a bidding process to select new providers in 2023.
