AFM works closely with a wide range of University offices and departments to provide financial, administrative, and operational support. Our role is to serve as a trusted partner—helping ensure compliance, improving efficiency, and supporting the essential work of campus units.

From processing payments to managing grants and overseeing budgets, the teams we support are critical to the University's mission. We provide tools, guidance, and services to help them succeed.

Accounts Payable

Supports timely and accurate payments to vendors, faculty, staff, and students while maintaining compliance with University and state guidelines.

Budget Office

Provides planning, forecasting, and resource allocation services that help departments manage their financial operations responsibly and strategically.

Office of Sponsored Projects

Assists with the financial and administrative management of externally funded research and projects, from proposal submission to closeout.

Office of Scholarship and Financial Aid

Administers financial aid programs and scholarship funding to support student access, affordability, and academic success.

Office of the Registrar

Supports enrollment, academic records, degree certification, and class scheduling with a focus on accuracy, accessibility, and service to students and faculty.

Purchasing Office

Manages procurement policies and processes to ensure that departments have access to the goods and services they need— in compliance with policy.
