Fiscal Year 22-23 Year-End Close Deadlines
The 2022-2023 fiscal year will close on Wednesday, September 6. The voucher processing deadlines, including cash receipts, costing allocation changes, interdepartmental transfers, departmental entries and more, have been established and published. Please process documents as early as possible to avoid the year-end rush.
Please check the askUS fiscal year end resources page for additional guidance. If you have any questions, please contact Financial Accounting and Reporting at oa.far@austin.utexas.edu.
Fall 2023 Updates from Student Accounts Receivable
Tuition bills for the Fall 2023 semester are now live. Tuition for undergraduate students is due by August 10. Tuition for graduate and law students is due by August 24.
Student loan repayments that were paused as part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act in March 2020 are set to return to repayment after August 31, 2023. For more information, please visit the Texas One Stop website.
The University of Texas at Austin has partnered with GradGuard to offer tuition insurance to students and families. This protection strengthens the existing refund policy and can provide reimbursement for tuition, housing, and other fees if a student withdraws for a covered medical reason at any time during the covered semester. For more information, please visit the Texas One Stop website.
