2024 1099 MISC, 1099 NEC, 1042-S, and W-2 Forms Now Available

The 2024 W-2 Forms are available electronically in Workday. For employees who did not opt out of receiving paper copies, W-2 Forms have been printed and mailed to employees’ addresses as reflected in Workday.
To access your W-2 form in Workday, click the Pay application, Tax Documents (located in the right navigation menu), and click the “View/Print” button. Additional information is available on the Workday Tax Forms page.
Please email tax@austin.utexas.edu for questions about your Form W-2.

Everyone receiving either a 1099 MISC, 1099 NEC or 1042-S form who signed up for electronic delivery can access their form(s) online through the My Tax Forms page of UT Direct.  If you did not sign up for electronic access, the forms have been printed and placed in the mail.

Cash Management System

Submit and manage deposits electronically with the Cash Management System (CMS). This tool supports secure processing and accurate reconciliation of university funds.
