Reminder: Opt In to Electronic Only Receipt of W-2 Forms for 2024

The University strongly encourages all employees to opt-in to electronic only receipt of their 2024 Form W-2. The electronic only form is securely and reliably delivered to you in Workday.  The electronic only Form W-2 will be available in Workday before the paper version is mailed.  2024 W-2 tax forms will be available in Workday electronically, or mailed with USPS, before the deadline of January 31, 2025.
