Communication Lists

The following are email distribution lists that are used by various business areas to distribute important information about policy and procedure changes, enhancements to administrative systems, and system status alerts.

Note: In addition to these lists, individuals may be automatically assigned to other distribution lists based on their departmental roles and authorizations for administrative systems. Subscribing and unsubscribing to the lists below will not affect membership on those programmatically populated lists.

Unit Records Managers (URMs) are required to subscribe to the records management mailing list by contacting RMS.

Non-URM staff members who are assigned records management responsibilities may request to be subscribed by contacting RMS.
