13.2.3. PAY FREQUENCY
Payroll Services processes three regular on-cycle payrolls per month, resulting in one monthly and two semi-monthly paydays. If the regular on-cycle payroll was missed, additional off-cycle payrolls are processed on a weekly basis. Payroll periods and paydays are listed on the Payroll Services website.
A. Monthly Paydays
Compensation for employees in monthly positions are paid on the first business day of the month for services provided in the previous month.
B. Semi-Monthly Paydays
Compensation for employees in hourly positions are paid twice a month. The first pay period begins on the first calendar day of the month and ends on the fifteenth day of the month, and the second pay period begins on the sixteenth day of the month and ends on the last calendar day of the month. Paydays typically occur five business days after the pay period ends.
