Dear Colleagues,
I am pleased to announce that Krista Hadavi will serve as the next Director of Payroll effective March 1, 2019.
Krista has over 10 years of service to the university, most recently as an assistant director of payroll. Krista was instrumental in the development and launch of Workday as our university’s new system for human resources and payroll. Previously, Krista also served as a Senior Financial Analyst and Tax Administrator directing the W-2 process for over 37,000 employees and managed all aspects of deductions and reporting for federal and state payroll taxes. Prior to coming to UT, Krista was a Senior Financial Auditor for the Arizona Office of the Auditor General. Krista has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Arizona State University.
Krista will be replacing long-time Payroll Director Leslie Saucedo who will be retiring at the end of February after over 18 years of exemplary service to the university.
