Fiscal Year 24-25 Year-End Close Approaches
The 2024-2025 fiscal year will close on Thursday, September 4. The voucher processing deadlines, including cash receipts, costing allocation changes, interdepartmental transfers, departmental entries and more, have been established and published. Please process documents as early as possible to avoid the year-end rush.

Students Start Fall 2025 with New my.utexas.edu Email Addresses
Over the summer the University rolled out new official student email addresses and an updated student email policy. For more information, please refer to the Using Your UT Official Student Email article in the Self Help Knowledge Base. Students with questions about their new email should contact the UT Service Desk at help@utexas.edu or call (512) 475-9400 for assistance.
