Enhancements Added to Transaction Listings in FRMS
Two new search methods have been added to the “Transaction Listings” in FRMS. You can now view transactions by budget group and unit code with object codes being optional. Both options can be found under the “Show transaction by” drop-down menu on the Transaction Listings page.
Previously, departments could only run this report using an individual 10-digit account number. This change allows departments to create a single report for budget groups and unit codes instead of having to run multiple reports. Further functionality to Transaction Listings is in the works to be added in the future.
In Case You Missed It: Recent Additions and Improvements to FRMS Screens
In addition to the enhancements to the Transaction Listings in FRMS, AFM has released several additional enhancements to FRMS web screens in recent weeks. Read previous blog articles to catch up on these enhancements.
