UT-Track App - Now Available for Download to All Departments
The inventory scanning app, UT-Track, is now available to all departments to download. The app can only be installed on UT owned devices that are managed through Apple School Manager. The local CSU IT departments are in control of the app distribution to their managed devices. There are no sharable links or alternate methods to obtain it. Once you have downloaded the app and start using it, please contact Inventory Services so they can keep track of who is using the UT-Track app on their department owned devices.

Contract Payment Tracker – Coming April 12th
The University’s Contract Payment Tracker (CPT) is anticipated for release on Wednesday, April 12. The new tool will facilitate departmental ability to monitor payment data related to business contracts in the Contracts+ system. With functionality to audit VP2 and VPE documents, the new interface will ensure that payments under a business contract do not exceed the approved dollar limits of the contract; a helpful tool that can assist Colleges, Schools, and Units in tracking payments related to Contracts+ agreements.
