PCI Compliance and Merchant Services Wiki Now Available
Over the last year, the PCI Compliance and Merchant Services Team has developed a Wiki space dedicated to information on campus credit card processing processes and procedures. The Wiki contains guidance regarding new merchant onboarding, campus credit card resources, approved vendors, current rates and fees, annual compliance processes, and sample communication drafts for dealing with vendors. Along with the recently revised HBP 6.4 - Credit Card Collections, the Wiki is a great starting point for groups looking to begin accepting credit cards (or just needing a refresher on current policies).
If you are new to the University Wiki Service, this page has information on how to log in (you will use your EID@eid.utexas.edu), plus a contact email in case you experience any problems accessing the service.
