VC1 Deposit Enhancement – Automated Notification of Final Approval

The Bursar's Office continues to improve the departmental deposit process. Departments will now receive email confirmation in real time of their deposit documents’ final approval. Departments who email deposits or use a courier service will no longer have to wait for stamped copies to be returned to them via courier or campus mail.

For more information or questions on this change, please contact the Bursar’s Office at oa.bursar@austin.utexas.edu

Student Accounts Receivable Partners with SalesForce to Improve Customer Service

On October 1, 2024, Student Accounts Receivable in collaboration with Texas One Stop went live with the student-centric SalesForce customer relationship management platform for Tuition Billing and Institutional Loans.

Salesforce is a customer relationship management (CRM) system for managing the university’s interactions with current, potential and former students. The goal is to improve relationships to efficiently support all students. CRM technology helps institutions stay connected to students, streamline processes and improve student success.

By partnering with SalesForce, Student Accounts Receivable and other collaborating offices hope to offer comprehensive, precise and efficient case management services to UT students.
